The medium-efficiency filtration section is equipped with bag filters. High-efficiency filters can also be configured as per customer requirements to achieve purification effects. Differential pressure switches and differential pressure gauges can be configured as required to monitor the resistance changes of the filters.
The fan section adopts a low-noise dual-intake centrifugal fan. The fan has undergone strict dynamic and static balance tests. The fan motor assembly is equipped with vibration reduction and flexible connection devices to minimize vibration and noise, meeting general noise requirements. If the customer has special requirements for noise, a silencing section can be installed to achieve the ideal noise level.
The standard surface cooler is made of purple copper tubes with corrugated aluminum fins. The manufacturing process is mechanical tube expansion to ensure good contact between the copper tubes and the aluminum foil. In addition, there are various options such as hydrophilic aluminum foil and stainless steel tubes. When the wind speed facing the surface cooler is greater than 2.5m/s, a water deflector needs to be configured. The surface cooling section is equipped with a water collection tray to ensure smooth discharge of condensate water.
The heating section adopts steam heating, and the manufacturing process is made of stainless steel wound with aluminum fins, which has a good heat transfer effect. There are also stainless steel wound stainless steel strips for customers to choose from. Hot water coils or electric heaters can also be adopted according to customer requirements.
The humidification section can be equipped with dry steam humidifiers, high-pressure spray humidifiers, wet film humidifiers and electrode humidifiers, which have good performance and are easy to control.
The positive pressure section of the unit is equipped with an inward-opening positive pressure maintenance door, while the negative pressure section is provided with an outward-opening negative pressure maintenance door, effectively reducing the air leakage rate of the unit and enhancing its safety.
1. Modular air conditioning units are generally transported in sections and assembled on site. During transportation, be careful not to damage the box wall panels to avoid affecting the performance of the unit and the installation accuracy.
2. The concrete foundation for installing the unit should be kept flat. The height of the foundation should be 150-200mm higher than the ground. The length and width can be increased by 100mm each according to the external dimensions of the unit. The foundation can also be welded with 16# channel steel, with the same dimensions as the external dimensions of the unit.
3. Open drainage ditches should be left around the foundation. Sufficient operating space should be left around the unit to facilitate its maintenance and repair.
4. During on-site installation, pay attention to the position of the sealing strip. It must be in the correct and complete position to prevent air leakage. If necessary, apply sealant to the joints.
5. The power supply voltage can only be connected to the motor after meeting the requirements, and the power can only be turned on after confirming that the fan's rotation direction is correct. The unit box should have reliable grounding measures.
6. The condensate pipe of the surface cooler should be equipped with a water bay seal.
7. The dust accumulation of the filter should be frequently checked. When the resistance reaches the specified value, it should be cleaned or replaced.
8. The unit should undergo comprehensive maintenance after two to three years of operation. The scale in the heat exchanger should be removed by chemical methods, and the heat exchange plates should be backflushed with compressed air or water. When the unit is not in operation in winter, the accumulated water in the heat exchanger should be drained and proper insulation measures should be taken to prevent cracking due to freezing.
9. The unit should be managed by professional personnel, who should frequently and regularly inspect the operation of the unit, and strengthen regular maintenance, upkeep and repair.

B. Combinations suitable for general process air conditioning
Through heat and moisture treatment, the fresh and return air are mixed for energy conservation, making it suitable for occasions with certain comfort and temperature and humidity requirements.

The function is simple, with fresh and return air mixed and equipped with a medium-efficiency filter section. It is suitable for occasions with certain requirements for comfort and cleanliness.

D. A relatively complete combination of functions
Heat and moisture treatment, fresh and return air mixing, equipped with medium-efficiency filtration section and noise reduction section, is suitable for occasions where temperature, humidity and air cleanliness are all required.

E. Purification air conditioning combinations with high static pressure requirements
Heat and moisture treatment, fresh and return air mixing, equipped with a return air fan, reducing the pressure head of the supply fan, with relatively low noise. It is suitable for occasions where there are requirements for temperature, humidity, air cleanliness, and high static pressure.
