The heat pump unit adopts a unique bidirectional expansion valve throttling technology, which greatly simplifies the system flow. This not only reduces system resistance and improves performance but also minimizes the risk of leakage, ensuring stable and reliable operation of the unit.
EVI low-temperature intense heating technology for low ambient temperature units
The system adopts a "gas injection and enthalpy increase" ± high-efficiency scroll compressor to achieve quasi-two-stage compression. Increase the amount of refrigerant added to overcome the problem of heat exhaustion in low-temperature operating conditions. Reduce the exhaust temperature to meet the heating requirements at an ambient temperature of -20 ° C. Regardless of the working state of the unit, the bottom of the finned heat exchanger is always the medium-temperature liquid after condensation on the air side. This not only increases the cooling capacity and efficiency during cooling but also effectively solves the problem of ice formation at the bottom of the heat exchanger during heating in northern winters, making the operation more stable.
Microchannel unit
Under the same cooling capacity, effectively enhance condensing heat exchange, with an average energy efficiency increase of more than 4%. The system's charging volume is reduced by more than 50%, achieving energy conservation and emission reduction. The heat exchange is uniform by adopting micro-pore and wind field vector simulation technology.
