1、It adopts high-quality thin-walled seamless purple copper tubes with a double-flanged aluminum sheet structure, in accordance with the American OAK mold standard. It adopts mechanical tube expansion technology, featuring high expansion degree, low thermal resistance, high heat transfer efficiency and excellent heat exchange performance.

2、The fin spacing is optimized with a fin pitch of 3mm, a row spacing of 32.9mm, and a tube spacing of 38mm. This ensures sufficient heat exchange area, smooth air outlet, and is less prone to dust accumulation.

3、The water collection pipe of the surface cooler is made of stainless steel pipes (seamless steel pipes), and the outer frame is formed by bending 2mm thick stainless steel plates (or high-quality galvanized plates), which features high strength, long service life, optimized design and convenient installation and operation.

4、Each surface cooler is strictly tested for constant pressure and leakage in accordance with the company's standards before leaving the factory.

5、It can be designed and manufactured according to the customer's requirements.
